It includes a large security cage in front of the parking spot. 4-47 is accesible by auto from the S 10th St. garage door. There is an additional secured storage cage #179 included with this condo located in the lower level.

There are full-time caretakers living on-site that keep everything in impeccable shape. A very well kept building that does allow pets and has a outdoor private secured dog run located along the north end of the building.
